Special Needs Teacher
Job Requirements:

Possess at least a diploma in related field

Obtain CGPA at least 3.1 and above or equivalent.

Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage

Assistant Teacher
Job Requirements:

Part-Time Teacher - Bahasa Malaysia

Occupational Therapist
Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Recognised Occupational Therapy degree

Ensuring consistency of care outside of Hatching Center environment by collaborating with families, caregivers and other stakeholders (if relevant) to design context-specific solutions and facilitating them towards achieving their own version of success
Speech-Language Therapist
Job Requirements:
-
Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Sciences or Speech Pathology.
-
At least two years of working experience in the related field.
-
Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. Training and mentoring will be provided.

Responsible, hardworking and love to work with children.
-
Ready to take challenges, flexible and creative.

Able to work well with other professionals e.g. teachers or therapist as a team.

Have good clinical documentation skills and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Assess and diagnose children with speech, language, communication and/or feeding disorders.
-
Prepare individualised intervention goals in the areas of speech, language, communication and/or feeding.
-
Carry out the individual and group therapy sessions.
-
Collaborate with teachers from time-to-time regarding therapy session, and carryover of therapeutic goals and activities (suitable to be carried out in classroom settings).
-
Prepare weekly short note/report to parents.
-
Work closely with parents throughout the intervention process.
-
Prepare progress report at the end of the year for teachers’ and parents’ review.
Admin
Job Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
-
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
-
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
-
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
-
Diploma/BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
-
Able to work in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and liaise with parents on matters relating to fees payment and enquiries

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
